Arnie Gonzalez brings over 20 years of life wisdom to his craft as a writer. His diverse background provides a rich backdrop for the written tapestry that he weaves for his readers: he was a professional bodybuilder (among others, he holds the Mr. America title in the 1994 All Natural North America Bodybuilding Championship), he is a certified fitness instructor, and he is a working SAG actor.
In 2002, Arnie created what would become a very popular blog on dating and relationships called, OneHandedClap.com. The success of this blog with his readers, coupled with his experience, moved Arnie to add life coaching to his repertoire. He is a sought after coach and “inspirational healer,” with clients in the acting community. Arnie can often be found offering impromptu and impactful coaching to his acting colleagues on a set, in-between takes!
The release of You Know What To Do will celebrate his entry into the world as a published author. By sharing experiences, thoughts and ideas in his work, Arnie’s desire is to help spark the individual to become fluent in the language of his own life.
